• Geographical Situation : Castillo de Aresan is located in the heart of the Castilla la Mancha region, on the lands of Villarrobledo. The 200 hectares of organic vineyards of this exceptional property flourish on the plain of Meseta, 750m above sea level
• Sol : Shallow soils sandy texture with 70 to 90cm of chalk stone and sandstone
• Vinification : The harvest date was carefully chosen to allow the grapes to ripen optimally, increasing ripe fruit aromas and aromatic expression. Quick and direct pressing at low temperature with optimal and gentle extraction. Traditional cold vinification with alcoholic fermentation and maturation on lees in stainless steel tanks
• Color : Pale rosé colour
• Nose : Fresh nose of crushed apple, pear, citrus and some red berries
• Mouth : Light palate, crisp and salivating with sleek texture and finish
• Recommendations : Ideal with the tapenade, toast of fresh goat cheese and shrimp
