Vinification : In the winery specializing in the production of rosé wines, the highest value is placed on quality and respectful treatment of the grapes. Direct pressing without maceration. Vinification in temperature controlled concrete vats(16-18°C). Aging in tank for 3 months
Color : Very pale pink colour
Nose : Complex nose with delicate notes of peony underlined by aromas of strawberry and raspberry
Mouth : On the palate we have a brilliant aromatic richness dominated by floral notes. The tannins are firm and elegant
