VALLÉE DU RHÔNE - Clos des Miran - Viognier & Roussanne

Geographical Situation : The Clos des Miran vineyard is located in the southern part of the Côtes du Rhône appellation, south of Valence. At the crossroads of three regions : Rhône-Alpes, Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence Alpes-Côtes d’Azur, the vineyard is located on the Mas Conil plain in Pont-Saint-Esprit in the Gard area
Sol : Sandy silt soil on the lower part of the Estate and sandy rocky soil on the hillsides
Vinification : The grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive in the fermenting cellar in pneumatic presses that press them gently and progressively. The clear juices from which all must deposits have been removed are fermented in heatcontrolled stainless steel tanks. The temperature then gradually increases during fermentation up to a peak of 18°C. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks
Color : Brilliant yellow robe
Nose : The peach, confit lemon and orange blossom notes form the nose
Mouth : The taste is just as pleasant with very expressive fruity notes and a final freshness that provides lightness at the finish
Recommendations : Can be served as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with fish, white meat but also goat's cheese
Service temperature : Between 8 and 10°C
