Geographical Situation : Rhone valley. Southern Côtes du Rhône. The vineyard is perched at an altitude ranging from 200 to 450 meters, in terraces, on the borders of the Pre-Alps on one side, facing the Mont Ventoux on the other
Sol : Three types of soil follow one another: -Between 10 and 50 meters of altitude above the Aygues river bed: flats or hillsides with a moderate slope made up of alluvium -From 230 to 350 meters above sea level: high hillsides made of marl or sandy marl -At the top of the hills: very stony high plateaus with marl
Vinification : Manual and mechanical harvesting. Destemmed harvest. Traditional vinification for 2 to 3 weeks, fermentation under temperature control. Aging on fine lees
Color : Deep red robe
Nose : Nose of black cherry, raspberry, black currant, notes of garrigue and cocoa bean
Mouth : The mouth, full of freshness and power, is supported by tight and velvety tannins. Beautiful length on notes of small red and black fruits with spicy accents
Recommendations : Ideal with roast suckling lamb with thyme or stuffed quail
Service temperature : 16-17°C
Conservation : 3 to 4 years
