• Sol : Clay and limestone hills
• Vinification : 14 months of maturing in French oak barrels has underwritten the development of the complexity of these wines. The barrels used for both vintages were very carefully selected prior to final blending
• Color : Dark red with violet reflections
• Nose : Complex aromas of coffee, blackberries and garrigue (Mediterranean scrub)
• Mouth : Full, suave and silky smooth, revealing aromas of chocolate, preserved dark fruit and violets. A long finish underlines the maturity of the grapes
• Recommendations : The perfect accompaniment for Mediterranean cooking: grilled meats, steaks with pepper and medium cheeses
• Service temperature : 16-18°C
