IGP DE LA DRÔME
- Geographical Situation : High altitude vineyard located in the regional park of Vercors, thus benefiting from a privileged sunshine
- Color : Pale yellow color, clear and brilliant
- Nose : Very floral, it evokes white flowers and acacia. The Chardonnay gives it a discreet bouquet of honey and and its passage in barrel gives it vanilla aromas of pastry and brioche.
- Mouth : The mouth is lively and fresh, it develops notes of citrus fruits which persist for a long time in the finish.
- Recommendations : Perfect with chicken with morels, duck, fish or soft cheeses such as Saint Marcellin.
- Alcohol : 12
