CLAIRETTE DE DIE - 75% muscat, 25% Clairette

• Geographical Situation : The mountainous region found on either side of the Drôme valley. Under the combined climatic influences of the Upper Plateaux of the Vercors and Drôme Provencal. The region of Die benefits from cool nights and very sunny days. Altitude, above 700 m in places (2,200 ft) makes this one of the highest vineyards in France.
• Sol : Jurassic hills with a core of dark soils. Soil type with a lot of loose stone and limestone, old alluvia with pebbles.
• Vinification : The ancestral “Dioise” method.
• Color : Shiny and golden.
• Nose : Subtle aromas of Muscat, citrus and even exotic fruit.
• Mouth : An explosion of sweet flavours of fresh fruit (Muscat grape) and compote of apple, citrus and exotic fruit. Freshness and minerality make this sparkling wine a unique type of product
• Recommendations : Drink as an aperitif or with desserts
• Service temperature : 6°C
