• Geographical Situation : The Domaine du Touch is family owned for more than 3 generations. It represents around fifty hectares on the Nogaro town in the Gers department, where we can find typical grape varieties of the Côtes de Gascogne IGP appellation
• Vinification : Tarditional
• Color : Pale yellow robe and golden reflection
• Nose : Great freshness, ripe fruits and exotic fruits aromas
• Mouth : Round and fruity with mango, pineapple and litchi aromas.
• Recommendations : Ideal for the aperitif, with foie gras, salads, fishes in sauce or sweet desserts.
• Service temperature : 7°C
• Conservation : 2 years
