Cuvée Noble - elegant Muscat wine

For this Cuvée Noble, our oenologist has selected grapes from a hundred-year-old plot. After harvesting, a slow, traditional process of drying on wooden planks concentrates the Muscat's aromas to give you a powerful, candied palette, revealing notes of rose, yuzu and tangerine.

It is made using the ancestral method for a light, fresh sparkling.
